I CAN'T SIGN IN. NOW WHAT?
Double-check that you're using the email you registered with. If you forgot your password, use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen and check your spam folder for the email.
Still stuck? Email us and tell us what error you see. Don't send us your password.
WHERE DID MY SAVED DUMPS GO?
Make sure you're signed into the same BrainDump account where you saved them. Check your connection, then reopen BrainDump and give your account a chance to load.
If something is still missing, contact support with roughly when you saved it and which device you used. Avoid deleting the app or clearing its data while troubleshooting.
I BOUGHT GO, BUT MY ACCOUNT STILL SAYS FREE.
On iPhone, check that you're signed into the Apple Account you used to subscribe, then use Restore Purchases inside BrainDump. If your GO access still doesn't appear, email support.
HOW DO I CANCEL BRAINDUMP GO?
BrainDump GO subscriptions purchased on iPhone are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BrainDump GO, then choose Cancel Subscription if shown.
Deleting your BrainDump account doesn't automatically cancel the Apple subscription. For App Store billing and refunds, use Apple's support channels.
HOW DO I BACK UP MY DUMPS?
Open BrainDump Settings and choose Download Backup to save your own copy. Keep that file somewhere you trust. A backup is a personal copy, not a second live BrainDump account.
WHAT DOES SHAKE MY BRAIN DO?
It looks across your saved thoughts for recurring topics, loose ends, and possible connections. Smart features can occasionally miss context or make imperfect suggestions. You can manage optional Smart Analysis in BrainDump Settings.
HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
Use the account-deletion option in BrainDump Settings and follow the confirmations. Deleting your account removes your saved BrainDump content, subject to limited records required for legal or security reasons. If you have GO through Apple, cancel that subscription separately to stop future renewals.
